real estate salespeople just don't listen
i've been trying to find a new place to rent.
i like the current place i'm at now, but it's 10 mins walk to the MRT station. to me, it's a bit inconvenient. some people tell me, 10 mins only what.. walk lah..
you try doing that then.. in the hot sun.. and then stand in the mrt and continue sweating and then meet up with the people you are going to meet, soaked.. sure.. fun right?
there's this one particular real estate agent who's really really enthusiastic about getting my business. i like people who are keen and enthusiatic about business, but sadly.. he doesn't listen.
i have my criteria and it has to also fulfil Clarice's criteria.
less than 5 mins walk to an MRT station
no further east than Kembangan MRT
no "geylang" in the address
only east side
costs less than $2,000 per month
partially furnished or fully furnished
3 bedrooms or more (can consider 2 or 2+1)
if along marine parade rd, no further than parkway parade
if along east coast rd, no further than siglap centre area
if not near an MRT line, need to have buses nearby that are going to Shenton Way.
and this guy comes back with 10 different places to consider and none of them fulfil the criteria I told him.
sad...
